All home visits must be arranged by appointment. Office only has one provider so walk-in visits not available, no guarantee that the doctor will be there. Appointments are required.
If scheduling for Telehealth video visit, please collect your vital signs ahead of visit on same day of visit. These include temperature, weight, height, blood pressure and pulse.
